Social Modular Accommodation
The government, local councils and housing associations are under enormous pressure to provide more affordable homes for families. In the year 2020, it was estimated that there was a shortage of over 1 million homes in the UK and it has only increased today.
We work closely with local councils and housing associations to provide them with modular housing for families who have meet the housing benefits criteria. This allows the councils and housing associations to increase their accommodation allocations whilst not having to invest huge amounts of money in the traditional construction buildings and do more with their limited budgets.
